Hi, my name is Sophie Cooke. I'm a fully qualified and insured Sports & Remedial Soft Tissue Therapist with a Level 5 Diploma from the Oxford School of Sports Massage (OSSM).

I am extremely passionate about the capacity that Soft Tissue Therapy has to significantly relieve musculoskeletal pain. A tailored personal treatment has the ability to restore muscle and joint mobility, rehabilitate or prevent injury, aid recovery and improve performance.

I have experience in working with local sports teams including hockey and netball as well as many individual clients of all shapes, sizes and fitness levels. Prior to working as a Soft Tissue Therapist I spent 12 years working in the medical industry specialising in Spinal surgery.
