I’m a professionally trained Sports Therapist and Thai Yoga Practitioner, offering therapeutic massage tailored to your body and what it needs on the day. My work combines sports and deep tissue techniques with a calm, attentive approach. I continue to train and develop my skills so that my treatments remain effective, relevant, and supportive of real change in the body. I’m a member of the Sports Therapy Organisation and the Complementary & Natural Healthcare Council, and I work to high professional and ethical standards, so you can feel confident you’re in experienced hands. What to Expect Whether you’re coming for pain relief, recovery, or time to slow down and reconnect with your body, each session is shaped around you.
